Our company works in a completely self-dress code except for those on site.
We have abolished the unwritten dress code and aim to create a free and open-minded organizational culture in which each employee is aware of TPO and chooses his or her own attire for work based on autonomous decisions.

Many of the outside workers and men wear suits, but the women who work in-house choose what they want to wear.

In other words, they are relatively free.

Even nail polish is enjoyed by those in the field, some rather beautiful and some rather flashy.

Wearing your favorite clothes and nail polish can raise your spirits, so it’s small things like this that can motivate you.

I sometimes get comments like, “You’re so flashy today. (laugh).
(Laughs) But when I have a visitor or a meeting to attend, I sometimes find myself saying in the morning, “Oh, what should I do? I choose my clothes in the morning.

Personally, my problem is that my age and the clothes I like to wear don’t match anymore.
I am not sure if I am getting too old for this, but I would like to avoid it at all costs.
When you visit us, I hope you will find our organizational culture to be free and open-minded. I hope that when you visit us, you will feel that we have a free and vigorous organizational culture.
