Murmurings of Namita GIRLS 並田GIRLSのひとりごと

In the spirit of giving it a try anyway.

11.10.2022

Among the 10 items in our Code of Conduct for the current fiscal year is the phrase “Look at the big picture, start small, and learn quickly (let’s give it a try for now).
The phrase “Look at the big picture and start small” is a quote from the Chinese philosopher and Confucian scholar Xun Kuang, who lived at the end of the Warring States period in China, to which the phrase “rapid learning” has been added.
I proceeded as if I knew the words of the Chinese philosopher Xun Kuang, but I am not well educated, so I did not know their existence until I searched for them.
Fast learning!😄

…Yes!

When you take things in, take in the big picture as a whole, and when you put things into practice, pay attention to the details and be specific.
Thinking about things as a whole, take action step by step and make it your skill and knowledge! That is my understanding.
I apologize if my understanding is wrong.

I don’t know if I’ve learned the big picture, the small picture, or the fast-paced learning, but I’ve learned that I’ve learned to “just give it a try. I am not sure if rapid learning is working for me or not, but “let’s give it a try for now. I have been doing this for a long time, so I made something the other day.

You know! Namita Ranger’s Green

The…

mask!

Employee introduction content is becoming more and more popular on office signage and other media, but there are still some people who feel “I’m embarrassed to show my face!
Some people are embarrassed to show their faces I thought, “Why don’t we make masks? I thought, “Why don’t we just make masks?

I regret that I should have made the masks in a larger size, but I think they are good for a first time!😚
The materials are
Cardboard one size larger than A4: 1 sheet
Two stretched rubber bands
2 double clips (small and small size)
I could make it with what I have in my office except for the cardboard.♡

If it is well received, I will make masks for all the rangers.♪

By the way, I took the liberty of displaying the masks at the entrance because I failed to find the right size when I first printed them out to make the masks.

Oh, how cute!

The entrance of the head office will be renovated in the future. Stay tuned!
