Spring is here!

18.02.2022

I was strolling near my house the other day and was delighted to spot some plum blossoms!

When it comes to spring leisure activities, both in event magazines and online news, cherry blossoms are always at the top of the list.🌸

While cherry blossom viewing spots and tourist attractions are widely publicized, plum blossoms are a bit more reserved, with smaller and less conspicuous branches, and often have buds that are already in full bloom when one notices they are no longer in season. (This is completely my personal image.)

Plum blossoms are not as spectacular as cherry blossoms, but they endure the cold of winter and announce the arrival of spring…!
I think it is so elegant and I love it 🙌.

Research conducted by the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO) has proven through brain science that viewing flowers reduces negative feelings and calms stress in the body and mind 💡.
It is a so-called “flower therapy” that can be easily enjoyed by people who have difficulty decorating and taking care of flowers at home 🥺.

Of course it is fun to spread out a sheet under a cherry tree and have a good time, enjoy good food and scenery, but in this day and age, people are still afraid to crowd around 💦.

Still, if you look carefully, you will find spots here and there where you can enjoy flowers.
Since this is a good opportunity, you can enjoy flowers along the roadside, in parks, or on the way to your office. Please enjoy the four seasons in your local area☺.
