Domestic Sales Department, Tokyo Office

Please tell us about your current responsibilities.
I am in sales. The Tokyo Sales Office has customers from Kanto Koshinetsu to Hokkaido. And we divide our responsibilities by area.
I am in charge of the area of (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Fukushima).
My daily schedule is to go to the office in the morning, work in-house for an hour or two, and then visit customers.
Sales is not just about selling products, but more about building and cultivating relationships with existing customers and gathering information.
Why did you decide to join Namitakiko?
To be honest, the original reason I applied was because I was interested in B to B sales.
At the time of the interview, I didn’t know much about Namida Kiko’s business, but the interviewer at the time made a good impression on me, and I knew I wanted to work here.
The benefits are not bad either. There is a busy season, but there is not a lot of overtime.
You can take weekends and holidays off properly. You can take paid vacations if you wish. Recently, the company has been encouraging employees to take paid holidays.
What kind of training programs do you offer?
In the beginning, you will mainly receive on-the-job training by accompanying your seniors. Of course, you will have the opportunity to visit the factories where Namita products are manufactured and learn about them, and you will also have the chance to see our customers’ factories, which will lead to a variety of experiences.
There are also a variety of correspondence courses available, so you can take courses that interest you.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
When we are thanked by our customers and when we feel that we have deepened our relationship with them.
Also, when I am in charge of a customer with a large sales volume, I feel a sense of responsibility that is more rewarding.
What I like about Namitakiko❤
A balanced workplace.
Even if you are strict at work, it’s good to be able to talk about your personal life and discuss normal things outside of work.
What are your goals for the future?
My goal is to be the best at something.
Since I am in sales, I would like to get the highest sales in Namita sales.
Also, my goal is to get promoted so that I can get paid more.

MESSAGE

The interesting thing about sales at Namitakiko is that we visit customers in various industries, so we can learn a lot of different information.
It is also interesting to see how the products are used, sometimes wearing work clothes and going to the actual site where the products are delivered.
I know it’s hard to get an idea of what it’s like, but I started out with no experience and no idea what I was doing, so I don’t think you need to worry about that.
Let’s work together!!

Hari Factory/
Joined the company in 2006

Please tell us about your current responsibilities.
Working on the final finishing process of the filter cage.
We call it a “KAGO=cage” until the filter cage is completed. To the “KAGO=cage”, two or three people attach the bottom plate and venturi tube, and then inspect and pack the cage.
There is also shipping work. For rack shipments, we load our own racks onto trucks with a crane, and for bulk shipments, we load filter cages onto trucks one by one.
Other than that, I examine the process of completing the filter cage and consider how to store it depending on the shipping date.
Why did you decide to join Namitakiko?
In the past, my child developed allergies and we had to leave Osaka and move to the countryside in Nara. Then, when I was looking for a new job, I learned that the company made products that support bug filters that filter out environmental pollutants such as dioxin, and I applied for a job because I wanted to work with a company that could contribute to environmental issues.
What kind of training programs do you offer?
At the Hari factory, you will be taught how to work one-on-one at first. The length and types of products vary from customer to customer, so there is a lot to learn, but senior employees and supervisors will support you. In addition, you will be allowed to acquire various necessary qualifications as needed.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
I like the fact that there is a good balance between on and off work. During the working hours, I concentrate on the work and think about how many units I can complete accurately and quickly, but during breaks, I can make small talk with my boss or take a rest by myself. Also, since I am basically off on weekends and holidays, I have recently been immersing myself in my hobby of fishing.
What I like about Namitakiko❤
We don’t call each other by our job titles, and everyone gets along well, so it’s easy to discuss everything from work to hobbies, making it very easy to work here.
What are your goals for the future?
It is about creating an environment where the next generation can work easily.
This is something I have felt myself, so now I would like to make it my goal to create a comfortable working environment, and I would like to start by getting people interested in Namitakiko by improving the system and facilities.

MESSAGE

The Hari factory where I work is located in the middle of nature, and my supervisors are all friendly people, so I think I will be able to fit right in.
You may think that because we are a subsidiary of a listed company, we are bound by rules and regulations, but we can challenge ourselves to do whatever we think and want to do. I believe that new challenges will become the strength of Namitakiko in the future.
Would you like to challenge Namitakiko?

What kind of training programs do you offer?
There are various systems related to work, such as training for new employees and compliance training.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
I feel rewarded when I am able to achieve a complex product using wire forming.

The people working at Namitakiko are friendly and easy to work with.
What are your goals for the future?
