When I was a high school student, I had an opportunity to visit a company as part of my job hunting activities.
On the recommendation of a teacher at school, I decided to visit Namitakiko.
A female employee showed me the actual welding process and I thought, “Cool! I thought. From there, I became interested and decided to join the company.

Namitakiko uses welding robots.
With welding robots, we can increase productivity, reduce human error, and achieve stable workability.
My main job is to be a welding robot operator.
I weld hundreds of anchors a day.

“Teaching” involves setting up many welding operations, such as running in the air and fine-tuning the welding position.
It is a rewarding experience when a weld can be welded as desired in a single shot!

After work, I go touring on my motorcycle after returning home.
Especially around Osaka Port, the wind feels good and the sunset is beautiful.
At home, I spend time watching cartoons I’ve filmed or playing games on my smartphone.

I used to work in the hospitality industry, but my lifestyle changed as my child grew up.
I registered with a temporary employment agency and worked as an office worker and a factory worker, but I could never find a job that felt right. I wanted to find a job where I could prioritize my family and work in a quiet manner, so I applied for a part-time job at Namitakiko, which was in my neighborhood and within biking distance. I applied for the job.
The fact that I could go shopping on my way home was also a big attraction for a housewife.

I rarely have to carry heavy things, and even if I do, the people around me help me, and I feel very comfortable because I can work at my own pace.

Now I’m into finding tricks and improving work efficiency.

Anyway, everyone is very kind. Even though I am a beginner, I am praised when I finish a job well, and since we are a group company of a listed company, compliance seems to be well established, so in many ways I can work with peace of mind.
Another important point is that I don’t have to work full time, so I don’t have to worry about inconveniencing my family. All of these things make my job worthwhile.

I enjoy spending time with my children. Not only on weekends, but also on weekday evenings, we go to USJ as if it were a park.
I always look forward to EXILE’s live concert at Kyocera Dome, and in recent years I go to see the show with my children.
My family supports my work at Namitakiko because I can work without sacrificing my private life.

As I am in my 30s, I was looking for a “stable company”.
The company has been in business for more than 50 years, has been profitable since its founding, and is a prime market listed group. I thought it was the “stable company” I was looking for, so I had an interview.
The company has solid business with major domestic plant companies and has the top market share in the industry. I decided to join the company because I was sure it was the right place for me.

I bring quotes to existing customers and gather information on the status of their business.
Sometimes I get so excited chatting with customers that I end up talking with them for an hour.
After I joined the company, my seniors carefully taught me about my job, so I never had any trouble.

I still think it is one of the best parts of being a salesperson.
Not only when I meet them in person, but also when I call them and they say, “Thank you for your help. Thank you. It motivates me to do my best.
Also, as a matter of course, I get a lot of time off.
I have a good work-life balance, which is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.

I have a good work-life balance and frequently play darts not only on my days off but also after work.
I belong to a working men’s league, so I leave work on time on Mondays.
I am so immersed in my hobby that I even got a professional certification.

When I interviewed for a job at Namitakiko, the economy was in a slump due to the Lehman Shock, and my previous job was one that was directly affected by the Lehman Shock.
Namitakiko was the right company for me. Even after joining the company, I think Namitakiko is a good company for improving my skills, as it actively provides training and correspondence courses to help me acquire qualifications.

We perform bending processing using wire forming machines, table benders, and bending presses.
We manufacture products by checking drawings from the production control section and inputting various dimensions (angles, lengths, etc.) into programs for each machine.
90% of the bending work is done with wire forming machines.

There is a 3D anchor in production with a wire forming machine.
The prototype is made by inputting values into a program while looking at drawings.
The product gradually takes shape as the program is modified.
It is a very enjoyable process until one product takes shape, and we feel a sense of accomplishment when the product is completed.

I like to drive on weekends, so my wife and I go out either on Saturday or Sunday.
If there are any local delicacies at the destination, I buy them and share them with my family as souvenirs.
The last time we went out, we bought octopus crackers from Awaji Island, which were very popular with my family.

Basically, weekends and holidays are off, so it is easy to make a schedule.
During the busy season, there is some overtime work, but if you have plans, you can go home at the regular time.
I can concentrate on my daily work because I can turn it on and off.

A spot welder is used to make filter cages.
This is the most time-consuming process, so I work while thinking about how to produce as many filter cages as possible as quickly as possible.
In the office work, I prepare drawings to be deployed to the work site, contact sales representatives, and arrange trucks for product shipment when the delivery date is fixed.

Since the Hari factory specializes in filter cages, we sometimes receive repeat orders or orders with similar specifications.
However, we do not assume that the work is the same as the last time, but rather, we create new products one by one! We are working with the mindset that we will create new products one by one.

Whenever my schedule allows, I go out to dinner with friends (mainly for drinks) and enjoy myself as much as I can!
Recently, I take care of my daughter. No, I am often taken care of by my daughter😅.
