March 8 is International Women’s Day! A mini bouquet of mimosa, the symbol of the day, and a message card were presented to female employees!
Of course, Namita Girls received one too!

Unfortunately, Japan ranked 125th out of 146 countries in last year’s Gender Gap Index.
We are still not close to the world average.

I think the women at Namitakiko are relatively strong and energetic, and I hope we can continue to work freely and energetically in the future! ☆ ☆ ☆
