Supporting the world's plants

I recently participated in a training program for mid-level employees sponsored by our parent company.
It was an all-day event from 9 a.m.~5 p.m. “What kind of content is this? I started the training with a sense of excitement.

In addition to Namitakiko, a total of four other group companies conducted group work online, with each group presenting what they had discussed.

For example.
　-Think about the role your boss or client expects you to play.
　-Describe your company’s mission in one phrase
　-Make a correlation chart of current issues and causes
etc.

My “forest friends🐰🐼😺” were from the Administration Department, Technical Sales Department, Domestic Sales Department, and Overseas Sales Department. All four of us were from different departments, so it was a very stimulating time for us to freely output to each other what we were doing in other departments, what we were doing individually, and what we thought about the company!

The whole day went by in a flash, and the Namitakiko team broke up in a positive atmosphere at the end, with comments such as, “That was fun,” and “That was more interesting than we expected.
We must make sure we make the most of it.
