\n\u5f0aOur company has established a vision, mission and code of conduct since the previous year.
\nWe are working hard to raise morale and make our company better.<\/p>\n

\nIn such a situation, how do we make this vision and code of conduct permeate through our employees?
\nWe have also launched the Penetration Project with the mission of<\/p>\n

As a member of such a penetration project, I change hands and products every time, I am constantly searching for what will resonate with our employees.<\/p>\n

\nThis was recently recognized and commended by the Carlit Group, to which Namitakiko belongs.

\nThe previous year, we had a discussion about the idea.
\nHow about handwriting this year? Would it have warmth? So we decided to try hand-writing.<\/p>\n

Well, let’s just say, this is the level.
\nEven though you’ve been learning it for a long time, these days it only came into play when it came to incense or celebrations.\uff57<\/p>\n

At first, I started writing with a brush I bought at a 100-yen store, but it was so hard to write with it. There is a saying, “Kobo ha brush wo kakusei desu” (Kobo does not choose his brush), but I will choose it. I am very choosy, aren’t I?<\/p>\n

So I pulled out my old brushes that had been sitting at my parents’ house.
\nIt’s a vintage brush, isn’t it?<\/p>\n

I didn’t think that the day would come when my lessons would come in handy after a few years.<\/p>\n
