I started the training with a sense of excitement.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Namitakiko, a total of four other group companies conducted group work online, with each group presenting what they had discussed.<\/p>\n<p>For example.<br \/>\n\u3000-Think about the role your boss or client expects you to play.<br \/>\n\u3000-Describe your company&#8217;s mission in one phrase<br \/>\n\u3000-Make a correlation chart of current issues and causes<br \/>\netc.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/namitakiko.co.jp\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Blog-20220803-training-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/namitakiko.co.jp\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Blog-20220803-training-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My &#8220;forest friends\ud83d\udc30\ud83d\udc3c\ud83d\ude3a&#8221; were from the Administration Department, Technical Sales Department, Domestic Sales Department, and Overseas Sales Department. All four of us were from different departments, so it was a very stimulating time for us to freely output to each other what we were doing in other departments, what we were doing individually, and what we thought about the company!<\/p>\n<p>The whole day went by in a flash, and the Namitakiko team broke up in a positive atmosphere at the end, with comments such as, &#8220;That was fun,&#8221; and &#8220;That was more interesting than we expected.<br \/>\nWe must make sure we make the most of it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/namitakiko.co.jp\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Blog-20220803-training-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I recently participated in a training program for mid-level employees sponsored by our parent company.
